All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Whistles Shop purchase as much as we love creating our contemporary wardrobe essentials. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes exchanges or refunds simple.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be attached
  • Include your order confirmation or receipt

Important Hygiene Notice:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on rompers and jumpsuits unless they are faulty. Please try these items with care.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit your request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”. Use our template below for quick processing.
  2. Wait for approval – Our Boston-based team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship your return to our Boston address (1375 C Street, Boston, US 02110) using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  4. Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed

Faulty or Incorrect Items
